Q : What is the price term  ?

A : The price is for product delivered to Xiamen port and use  crownway forwarder to arrange FOB shipment. If customer choose to use their own forwarder or send to different place in China, the price maybe different because there might be additional inland transportation fees and different forwarder has differt charge standard. 

Q : Does the product price include logo . How can I make my custom logo and packaging ?

A : The listed product price does not include logo or different packaging . You can contact our sales for specific price if you need logo or custom packaging. 

Q : How many pcs in stock ?

A : The stock is always floating. Please contact our sales to get the most update info. If the item is out of stock, you can place order firstly and we will proceed mass production for you ASAP. 

Q : How long can you ship the goods ?

A : For product that is in stock, we can deliver to you in 5-10  days. Regular lead time for mass production is 20-45 days depending on order quantity.

Q : How to place order and arrange payment  ?

A : You can contact our sales to draft PI or trade assurance order for you . We will confirm the order once receive your info, you can arrange deposit payment once order is confirmed by both party. Telex transfer is a preferred way for payment
