Since 2005, Xiamen Crownway Apparel Co., Ltd. has specialized in the manufacturing and export of sportswear and outdoor apparel. We work with international brands, retailers, wholesalers, and private-label businesses to develop customized clothing for different markets and applications.
Our manufacturing resources cover a range of apparel processes, including fabric preparation, garment production, embroidery, printing, labeling, and finishing. By coordinating these processes with product specifications and quality requirements, we help customers move from product development to bulk production with greater confidence.
With approximately 16,000 square meters of factory space and a workforce of more than 500 employees, according to our published company information, Crownway is equipped to support a diverse range of apparel manufacturing projects.

FROM PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TO BULK PRODUCTION
01. Product Requirements
We review your design concept, target market, fabric preferences, garment specifications, and estimated order quantity.
02. Material & Construction Review
Fabric, trims, garment construction, functional details, and branding methods are evaluated according to the product requirements.
03. Sample Development
Samples can be developed for review of fit, measurements, materials, workmanship, and customized details before bulk production.
04. Production & Quality Checks
Once specifications and samples are approved, production proceeds according to the agreed order details and quality requirements.
05. Finishing & Packing
Finished garments are checked and prepared for packing according to the confirmed product specifications and customer requirements.
