Critical defects such as unqualified safety accessories or harmful fabric substances are completely prohibited with zero tolerance, ensuring full compliance with overseas import regulations.

Reliable quality inspection relies on standardized pre-shipment workflows to implement AQL 2.5 rules effectively. First, QC teams conduct random sampling from finished and packed cartons strictly per order volume and AQL sampling tables. Second, comprehensive inspections cover fabric quality, dimensional accuracy, stitching uniformity, color consistency, accessory completeness, and overall workmanship. Third, functional tests verify seam firmness and accessory durability to avoid structural defects.
