The performance of our trousers begins with the sophisticated materials and construction methods that define their core characteristics.

Durable Face Fabrics: We utilize high-tenacity Nylon and Polyester as the foundation. Chosen for their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, abrasion resistance, and quick-drying properties, these fabrics withstand the rigors of rugged terrain, pack wear, and repeated use. We incorporate different weaves, including Ripstop for added tear resistance in lightweight styles and durable Oxford weaves for heavy-duty applications.

Fully Waterproof Trousers: Our top-tier trousers feature a laminated waterproof membrane (e.g., proprietary TPU or PU film) bonded to the inner face fabric. This micro-porous layer is impervious to liquid water while allowing water vapor (sweat) to escape, preventing that clammy feeling during high-exertion activities. All critical seams—throughout the seat, inner leg, and pocket areas—are electronically taped sealed, creating a completely waterproof barrier with zero needle holes for water ingress. These trousers are engineered for sustained heavy rain and feature high waterproof ratings (e.g., 5,000mm to 10,000mm+ hydrostatic head). Water-Resistant Overtrousers: Designed for lightweight packability and protection from showers or wind. These styles rely on a tightly woven fabric combined with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish to cause water to bead up and roll off. They offer excellent breathability and are an ideal emergency layer or for light precipitation, packing down incredibly small.
