Q2: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We are known for our flexibility. For standard styles and fabrics, the MOQ per style/color can be as low as 500 pieces. The exact quantity may vary based on fabric availability, design complexity, and special processing (e.g., custom prints). Share your specific needs, and we will propose the most economical solution.
Q3: What is the typical timeline from sampling to delivery?
The standard production timeline is as follows:
Sampling Phase: Approximately 7-14 working days to produce the first prototype after confirming fabric and technical details.
Production Phase: Typically 30-45 calendar days for bulk production and final inspection after approving the pre-production sample. The exact lead time depends on order volume, complexity, and fabric readiness.
We always recommend initiating projects early and will provide a detailed schedule for each order.
Q4: What payment terms do you accept?
We offer flexible payment terms. Common structures include:
For new clients / smaller orders: 100% T/T in advance, or 50% deposit + 50% balance before shipment.
For established partnerships: More flexible terms can be negotiated, such as 30% deposit + 70% against copy of Bill of Lading.
All terms will be clearly stated in the formal contract.

We implement a strict, multi-stage QC system throughout production:
